- Search by project name, promoter name or registration number
- Open the project and note the registration number, date and validity
- Check promoter and landowner details and the land's survey numbers
- Download the approved layout, approvals and plot schedule
- Note the declared completion date and designated bank account
- Check for complaints or orders against the project or promoter
