How Pre-Launch Works
Before a plotted project is registered with RERA, developers often gauge demand through Expressions of Interest (EOIs). Buyers register with a refundable amount and get priority at launch, sometimes at a lower rate. Once RERA registration is granted, formal bookings, allotments and agreements follow.
