The proposed infrastructure includes a 15-metre entrance road, internal asphalt roads of about 9–15 metres, pedestrian pathways, gated entry and exit points, underground electrical cabling, and water and sewage lines to each plot, plus a clubhouse and shared recreation areas — see the planned amenities. Marketing material describes plot types A–D plus odd/corner plots; the approved plot-wise inventory will be in the RERA filing.
