Why It Matters for Plotted Projects
Most plotted developments begin as agricultural survey numbers. Before conversion and layout approval, the RTC shows who owns the land and whether there are liabilities or disputes. After conversion, the land's records change accordingly. Matching the RTC with the title deeds, conversion order and approved layout is a core part of due diligence.
